Hello My Beautiful Being, I wanted to let you know a name change for the podcast! It is now Selfcare with Li! The podcast dedicated to personal growth, living intentionally, and walking in your purpose. Li strongly encourages everyone to write their vision on paper. Using our words is the only way to create the days, weeks, years, and life we want. The seven pillars of selfcare has really helped me with my journey in falling back in love with myself. Though the battle was and is still challenging, I want everyone to fall back in love with themselves, and reach your highest potential. I want to encourage self-improvement and personal development as we journey through this life. Life is amazing when we do it on purpose and care. It's not enough to simply talk about what we want. Good Morning my Listeners!
Welcome back to another episode of Selfcare with Li. As you know the show is all about reaching your highest potential. Today I want to discuss creating a healthy mindset routine to reach your goals and achieve all things you put your mind too! I know you have heard before that an idle mind is the devils playground. If you break up your brainstorming into categories of Morning, Afternoon, and Evening, you will be able to list out the many activities, hobbies, and events that ill give you opportunities to grow and evolve and eventually meet your goals.
I want you to know maintaining a healthy mindset routine is not an easy task. I myself, fall off, relapse, and take time off from the bigger picture because I do not pursue the things that will keep me busy. I vow on the show today to not give up and keep working at building and maintaining a healthy mindset routine , so I can continue to show up for myself and be my best self.
It is so imperitive to work on yourself , write your strategies down, and have them near by to view and see on a daily basis. By writing all things down, it holds you accountable. If you're no stranger to the show you know I am a firm believe in writing your vision on paper. You are the prize, you are capable, and you have the tools to reach your highest potential. You just have to remember to keep your mind busy at a healthy pace. Remember why you started to reach your end goal.
I encourage in this episode to write all your long term goals down. I believe our long term goals will assist you with writing daily plans to reach those goals. Creating morning routines, observing your consumption of all things, being careful what you eat, drink, read, swipe, listen and process. You have to be intentional. Though this is not an easy task, I want to motivate you through the struggles of creating and maintaining a healthy mindset routine you can acheieve and make it a habit and it will lead you to a positive healthy lifestyle that will take you on to success.
